What is the ARMLS® Property Hotline?

The ARMLS® Property Hotline is a free service that allows you to find information about any property recorded in a real human voice.

This service is provided by Buyer Acquire and is available to all Arizona Regional Multiple Listing Service members. It gives you one more way to access MLS information while away from your office. Hear listing information over the phone about any property on the MLS. You do not need a PDA or internet access to use this service!

Once you have activated your free account you simply dial (602) 235-0776 and enter your Buyer Acquire ID and PIN. You can look up any property by house number or MLS ID. For more information go to http://www.buyeracquire.com/mls/armls.

How does the ARMLS® Property Hotline work with the general public?

There is a separate public number available as part of the free service. The number is (623) 748-0247. You may choose to purchase sign riders promoting the FREE public property hotline and then hang these sign riders at your listings. Now when someone is looking for information on your property they can dial the hotline, enter the house number, and receive property details. If you would like to capture the caller's phone number you may choose to upgrade to the basic package for $9.95/month.

If you choose to upgrade your account in the future Buyer Acquire will provide you with stickers of your unique phone number so you do not have to order new sign riders.
